Todd Simonson

Todd Simonson has lived and worked in the Treasure Valley for the last 20 years. Originally from McCall Idaho, Todd loves Boise, and the Idaho lifestyle. Todd is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, water skiing, volleyball, and surfing. He even finds time to coach youth football.

Todd has many years of experience with new construction and custom builds. As the owner of Red Fish Homes, a boutique builder of custom and spec homes, Todd has the background knowledge to help build your dream home from the ground up.

Todd also specializes in working with investors and understands property evaluations, construction costs and scheduling, with an emphasis on clients ARV (After Repair Value), and ROI (Rate of Return). Whether you are looking to sell your first home or buy your fifth, Todd can walk you through the process and make it fun again.

Todd is a member of the NAR, IAR, BRR. Todd has a BSEE from University of Idaho.
