Todd is a one stop shop. My wife and I visited family in the Phoenix area almost 4 years ago. We knew we were eventually going to be moving here from Oklahoma, but was not in any hurry and wasn't ready yet. We happened to stop into an open house while visiting, and this is where we met Todd. Knowing we were no where close to being ready to move, we kept the small talk with Mr. Smith at a minimum. After looking around a bit, we bid adieu and went on our way. A year later, we received a surprising email from Mr. Smith following up with us in our pursuit to move. We were still not quite ready to move, but was pleasantly surprised with his concerns and willingness to help us in anyway. All of this without being the normal pushiness a lot of agents tend to be. A short time later, we were ready. We made the move. Living in an extended stay hotel in Phoenix, we got back in contact with Todd and went over exactly what we were looking for. We knew it was going to be tough as the market was at an extreme low and finding exactly what we wanted was going to be an extreme challenge. Todd stayed positive and told us not to worry, he was up for the challenge. He told us there is property out there that is a perfect fit for us and he will find it. After a few months, I was on vacation back in Wisconsin and got a phone call from Todd saying he was pretty sure he found (The One) property for us, and sent me the information. I immediately flew back to Phoenix, and my wife and went and looked at the property that evening on our own. Knowing we wanted to see more of the property, I called Todd who was also on vacation, and was in Iowa. He stated that he had a relator friend that could meet us at the property, let us in and look around, and so the appointment was set for the next day. We fell in love with the property, and called Todd and told him we were ready to make an offer immediately. He told us unfortunately someone beat us and there was already an offer, but told us not to worry, he was more than confidant we can still get this property. Todd was extremely knowledgeable, worked his magic, and less than 2 weeks later our offer was accepted. Todd was in contact with us every single day, every step and walked us through the process. One month later and we were signing papers, closing escrow, keys in hand and moving in. Not only did Todd take care of all of our wishes, wants and needs in looking for a home an getting us through the process quickly and with ease, but then went a step even further and helped us move in, and introduced us to the neighbors. Are you kidding me?!?!?!? What real estate agent will do THAT for you? We have since became great friends with Todd and his family. I really could go on and on about Todd's knowledge and skill sets that he brings to the table to help you find your dream home/ property, but I'd be writing a book.
