Todd was originally licensed in 1974 with Kenneth Kratz Company and has served in sales and management positions with various well-regarded brokerage firms since that time.

ASSOCIATION LEADERSHIP

He is the Director for both the National and Pennsylvania Associations of Realtors and am Past President of the North Penn Board of Realtors. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Suburban Realtors Alliance, a Realtor-owned industry and consumer advocacy organization serving the suburban Philadelphia counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery. His involvement with the Montgomery County Association of Realtors includes various committee assignments.

CODE OF ETHICS and PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS Chairperson and Instructor

Having been certified by the National and Pennsylvania Associations of Realtors as a Code of Ethics instructor, Todd chairs ethics and arbitration hearings for the Bucks County and Montgomery County Associations of Realtors and have taught innumerable Professional Standards classes over the years.
