I have always been weary of Realtors and their intentions. After meeting with Tom, I knew that he was different. He is a very optimistic person and he profuses honesty. It was most certainly a nice change in pace. He never steered me in the wrong direction. I followed his advice and listened closely to everything that he had to say. He had no issue with pointing out the defects that each home we viewed had. He wanted me to make an informed decision about purchasing a home. He was patient when I asked him to show me the same homes over and over again. He never ignored my phone calls. All in all, he defines professionalism.
