Tom Berge Jr. is a highly experienced real estate agent who has provided expert service to the San Gabriel Valley area for many years. Tom really knows his service area and listed my home for $100K over what a competing national real estate company indicated as the fair market value for my home. Not only that but the home sold after the first open house and for $15k over the listing price. It really pays to have a local expert on your side when selling such an important asset as your home. Tom also proved to be an effective negotiator during the closing process when there are often issues that need to be resolved between the buyer and the seller. I highly recommend Tom, he is a highly conscientious and experienced real estate expert.
