Tomas Garcia is an incredible agent who will exceed your expectations. In addition to being highly professional and experienced he is extremely easy to work with because he listens to your needs, is a problem solver, and always maintains a positive attitude. He has represented me as the Seller on three different residential rental properties. Each sale had various issues and difficulties that occurred, which a lesser agent may not have been able to resolve; Tomas however solved each "surprise" quickly and effectively. Each of my properties had tenants who I did not want to be disturbed; Tomas communicated directly with them and made all necessary arrangements so the transition would be as trouble free as possible for them. It would've been easy to postpone this process given the current global climate and pandemic; however, Tomas was masterful at guiding us indicative of his market knowledge and high-level of industry experience. Tomas was able to find a buyer for our home and help us secure a fabulous new home in a great neighborhood all the while adhering to state COVID measures. Some of the areas I'd like to highlight which he excelled are:

1) Communication - always keeping us informed whether it was regarding selling our home or securing our new home; he made sure that we understood vague real estate concepts

2) Negotiations - he was able to identify areas where we could leverage our position as either the seller and buyer working with the other agents in the process

3) Patience - he was always available to answer our questions even if he had to reiterate some of his answers never making us feel like he already addressed a topic

4) Network - Tomas was able to connect us to various contractors to ensure all repairs were completed both on the home we were selling as well as the home we were buying

5) Team - his team worked together seamlessly during times when Tomas was away; John Lanting and Tomas work great together to make sure their clients are always supported throughout the purchase process

I could probably list at least ten more items, but believe these 5 provide enough examples of why you need to work with Tomas and his team. Its a compliment when other agents have such a favorable opinion of working on deals with Tomas. Lastly, I know that he works on multiple listings, but never once did I feel that we were second to anyone else. In fact, we felt as if we were his only clients with the level of attention and care he provided.
