About Tondalaya

Tondalaya attended The Ohio State University with a major in accounting and a minor in Fashion. She pursued a career in the retail industry where she refined her skills in merchandising, marketing and sales while building meaningful relationships with clients. She was helping others invest in their wardrobe, when one day she realized she could help people invest in themselves in a much larger and more meaningful way. She acquired her real estate license in 2004 and hit the ground running. Aside from being a real estate agent, she also renovates homes.

Many factors played into this decision. Tondalaya needed to take another look at her career in retail. The hours were no longer working with her lifestyle of being a new mom, but she knew she wanted to continue working with people and bring some joy to their lives. Some of the clients she worked with had careers in real estate and enjoyed it. She has a keen eye for detail and has always been drawn towards design, specifically fashion and interior design. So, it seemed like a natural progression in her career, to challenge herself in a new direction while staying true to what she enjoys the most: people and design.

Tondalaya has roots in many neighborhoods in Columbus and each neighborhood has something special to offer. She currently lives in Grandview with her family. She loves the accessibility to greater Columbus; it is close to her children's school and has a great community.
