Tonya was just a pleasure to work with! We were moving from out of state and her knowledge of the area along with her willingness to understand our needs and work relentlessly to find what we wanted was remarkable. Tonya was clearly motivated by finding what fit our needs and not by money or a quick sale. Such a refreshing attitude in a Real Estate Agent! If there was a higher rating than 5 stars my wife and I would have selected it!

Highly recommended realtor in Omaha Nebraska area!!! Tonya was very knowledgeable of the area and was readily available to show us houses. Her knowledge helped us gain a competitor edge in the housing market. When we went to showings and open houses it was quickly apparent that we had the best realtor of them all. Two thumbs up from our family!

She was a very nice lady especially being the first time home buyer like myself she work with me 2 years before even able to buy a house tell me what credit score I needed how much money I would need what bank to go to like everything I needed to know she helped me with it and then when I got approved for the house she never stopped answering my phone calls or texts I mean I text at 5:00 in the morning and she text me back has looking at five to six houses at a time with which was great telling me to take my time find the right house that I wanted if your a first time home buyer should take the time with you and let you know what you need she was very great and excellent and professional

Tonya is very professional throughout the process. I was not in the town to sell my property. Tonya handled everything as it is her own property, can be reached via email, text or phone easily. She helped me with coordinating everything from selling my furniture, making sure property is clean and green, talking with any third party services including correcting home appraisal( my property appraisal came low), MUD. Tonya visited my property many times as I am not in the town. Finally, Tonya has very good knowledge about market conditions, prices, values. I definitely recommend her.
