Born in the Capital Region, Tonya understands the numerous benefits of life in the
Capital Region with it's four season weather, diversity and culture. Tonya has been a civil
servant for 20 years in the Capital Region. Real-estate has always been her passion. When
the pandemic occurred, the divorced mother of 3 decided to pursue her dream of becoming
a real-estate agent. The desire to pursue this goal was put into overdrive and ultimately
