Tracey Chizlett

Tracey is originally from Minnesota. She came to Colorado after college for a year-long adventure; thirty years later, she is still here! Her love for homes and home-improvement led her into a career in real estate. Because helping others is a passion, one of her favorite parts of the job is helping her listing clients get their house ready to sell. She never hesitates to roll up her sleeves and get dirty if that’s what it takes to help them get their home market-ready, poised for quick sale at top dollar. Whether it’s clients, friends or family, it’s not unusual for people to call Tracey – sometimes weekly – for home project advice!


Tracey is inspired to work hard by her wonderful husband who selflessly takes care of her and their two terrific boys. She is driven to succeed in order to share in building a solid foundation for all of them and believes that offering the best possible service to her clients with the great support of CHR, is the best way to do just that. She attended Kaplan Real Estate School and has taken the Luxury Home Market course.


In her free time, you will likely find Tracey skiing with her boys, walking her dog, or taking a stroll around the lake with a friend. She also recently took up kickboxing which has been unexpectedly fun for her. If not showing homes, she likes to spend her Saturdays practicing her kickboxing moves, or simply staying home and watching football with her husband and sons. (Her sports enthusiasm started on the sidelines of her boys’ baseball and lacrosse games. Tracey made sure they heard her loud cheers!)


When it comes to music, Tracey is old-school with favorites from the ’80s and ’90s. When it comes to travel, she can’t top the trip to Hawaii with her husband and boys. And when it comes to projects, she happiest with a paintbrush and roller in hand. (Her husband says their house is getting smaller because of all the layers of paint she keeps adding!)
