We used Tracey as a Real Estate agent for both selling our previous home as well as purchasing our current home. We found her by accident, but it was one of those happy accidents that you are so grateful for. Tracey knows the Santa Clarita Valley incredibly well and was able to give great suggestions as to areas and neighborhoods we may not have considered on our own. She was incredibly helpful and patient with us in finding our new home. As well, once we had entered escrow on our new home it became a matter of urgency to list and sell our current home as quickly as possible in order to ensure we weren't carrying dual mortgages for too long. Tracey was able to get our house sold in less than 30 days for the full asking price. In fact, we even managed to close escrow early on our sale. In addition, Tracey has continued to be available to us after the purchase of our home as questions came up, which we have greatly appreciated. We very highly recommend her services.

My family and I are in the process of selling a couple of homes and having Tracey as our agent has made it a no stress process. I last bought and sold a home six years ago and i forgot how stressful it can be but this has been different- the only thing we are doing is watching Tracey work..... She has been holding open houses and even planting flowers- a very nice touch. I will list my own place with Tracey when I'm ready to move..

Tracey is one of the most dedicated realtors I have ever met. She was extrememly conscientious of new listings and quickly made herself available for viewings, often within a hour or two of a new lisitng. The condo market in the Santa Clarita Valley has been very competitive the past few months, yet Tracey's positive, upbeat personality helped motivate me to keep looking, even though at times I wanted to give up on finding my dream home. Being a first time buyer, I was a little apprehensive about how much time and effort a realtor would put into helping me find a starter condo, but Tracey quickly dispelled my fears. While working with her, I felt like I was just as important of a client as someone looking to buy a million dollar home.
