I have used Traci as my realtor to buy a home and then later to sell and buy another home. She is great to work with. She is very quick to answer texts and calls. She really goes the extra mile in selling your home, as well as helping you to find a new home that meets your needs. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Purchasing a home from out of state, especially from Los Angeles to Spokane, was a daunting process, but Traci made it feel seamless from start to finish. Since we couldn’t tour the home in person, she went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident in our decision. From detailed video walkthroughs to answering every question with patience and expertise, she made sure we never felt out of the loop.

She also recommended a fantastic lender who was a pleasure to work with, making the financing process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, we were going through a difficult time in our lives, and Traci’s kindness, professionalism, and unwavering support made all the difference.

Traci is professional, diligent and a delight to work with. Traci was very easy to work with, communicative, and on top of everything that came her way. After interviewing several agents and receiving a personal referral, we were confident Traci would do everything necessary to sell our home while we were out of state. Leading up to and throughout the home selling process, she was patient, knowledgable, and impressed us with her accuracy in conveying our interests to others.
