Could selling a home be any easier? I think not. Traci was able to facilitate a smooth easy transition for both parties. She guided me through every step, kept me informed, and was always willing to answer any questions I had. No matter how crazy the questions were. She is diligent, open, honest, and knowledgeable. Always making me feel like she has my best interest at heart. She put my house on the MLS on Friday, had open houses on Saturday and Sunday. By Sunday night we had so many offers. She took the time to go through them with me and help me understand all the fine print. I accepted a offer $50k over asking! Now a new family is happily living in a home I sold, by using Traci Hansen!!

Last September I was thinking about selling my house in La Costa. I called Traci Hansen to see what she thought. The next day she brought comps to my house. We decided to sell with no pressure from her. We asked a lot and she sold it over asking the first day it went live to an amazing family. She was always available for questions and helped me every step of the way. She even came and fixed the things on the home inspector list herself. I would definitely recommend her if you were looking for an agent.

We are a military family who bought our first home in the Sellers market of 2021. Traci Hansen has been an absolute godsend to my family and I. 2021 has been an absolutely crazy year for us and we get to end it in our first home! We first reached out to Traci November 2nd with a preapproved VA loan thinking this whole process would be easy but I had no clue how insane this market was going to be. Traci spent countless hours answering our endless amount of questions and immediately checking out home after home. We were limited on our amount we could spend due to the VA and in total it took us 7 offers until one got accepted. For each offer that was not accepted Traci truly helped us remain positive and guided us through the whole process. She not only educated us on the process but she made us feel like family and we truly lucked out with her as our Realtor. We closed today December 17th on our first home and we are so excited that Traci helped us get it all done before Christmas! Seriously Santa will bring the kids toys in a few days and Traci got us into the house for Santa to bring the toys to!!! For anyone who would want a Realtor that is going to go above and beyond in getting you into a home I recommend her 1000% she will not let you down!!!
