Tracie Carlos

Ridgeline Real Estate Company is thrilled to announce that Tracie L Carlos has joined our company as a realtor! Tracie is joining Ridgeline with over 23 years of experience helping families buy and sell residential real estate. We are so excited that she has chosen to continue her career at Ridgeline!

Tracie has been awarded the “Good Neighbor Award” by her fellow colleagues due to her belief and advocacy that everyone deserves a place to call home. She has collaborated with many local community organizations including COTS, Spectrum, ANEW Place, Teen Challenge, and Howard Center to provide support services to those that are either homeless or struggling to make ends meet. A part of Tracie’s fee from each of her closings in support of these organizations. In 2019 she was in the top 5 independent agents in New England at her previous brokerage.

Tracie has lived in Chittenden County for over 27 years with her husband, collies, and two sons (who have since moved out into their own homes). She loves living in Vermont and being very active in our community
