We were so fortunate to have found Tracie to help us in the purchase of our new home in Greenville, SC, moving down south from Upstate New York. She was very thorough in researching the area and the price range of our interest. She was very patient and took the time to show us several properties. Tracie was with us throughout the whole process from negotiating different options with the builder to making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. She attended every meeting with the builder until the closing. She was keeping track of things better than us. Tracie is not only very knowledgeable in the field but also quite pleasant to work with and was available whenever we needed her. we recommend her highly.

Tracie was an excellent realtor is our new construction build purchase. It was a custom small builder who turned out to be a horrible, crazy person (and we had built before so we knew what the usual bumps were in a new build). Cannot express how above and beyond Tracie went for us. She spent so much time trying to reign in the horrible stuff the builder did to us, she lost money on the transaction. She spent many hours more than what her commission covered. We highly recommend you contract with Tracie for your sale and/or purchase!!
