Tracy McGinnis

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Tracy has always had a passion for Real Estate. Her career in Real Estate started in 1992 when she began as the sales assistant for a new home builder. From there she moved on to corporate relocation and later worked as an inside sales representative for the Managing Broker of a local Real Estate agency. With a bachelor’s degree in communications, from The University of Kansas, she is a skilled communicator and negotiator.

As a full time, agent, she can dedicate her time, skills and effort to her career. Resulting in unsurpassed service to her business and ultimately to her clients! Her clients are my number one priority, and she takes pride in walking them through the often-complicated process of buying, selling or investing in Real Estate. This industry is ever changing, therefore, she is continually learning and challenging herself to discover the most effective ways to serve her clients and grow her business. Her number one goal is to ensure that her clients have a Real Estate experience that is as smooth and pleasant as possible.
