Tracy Nelson never dreamed she would cheat on her beloved home state until a friend from Atlanta invited her for a weekend. She was immediately smitten. She fell in love with the vibe of an old, laid-back oceanfront village town, now known as “Pier Village” on Mallery Street – (and NO high rises on this beach)!

She could truly feel/sense the history here, particularly on the north end of the Island driving at night, and our strong St. Simons Land Trust has given it their all to keep us from becoming overdeveloped.

Having specialized in condo sales in Atlanta (ITP) for 5 years, she was ready to make her escape and BREATHE IN SEA AIR VS. EXHAUST FUMES! Also, our lovely residents go out of their way to let you in in traffic vs. cutting you off (and no horn blowing) … SO she bought a British racing green convertible, left skid marks in her old Atlanta driveway and opened The Condo Hut on Mallery Street 17 years ago.
