Tracy Tomlinson

As a long-time Nevada resident, Tracy has a deep love for fellow residents and their neighborhoods. Tracy approaches both life and work with sincerity, honesty, and compassion. To her, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client fall in love with his or her new home, and witnessing the joy of attaining all that they hoped for or needed.

In her free time, Tracy is often swimming, riding, hiking, skiing, gardening and enjoying all that Nevada has to offer. She is a mother of 3 daughters and has 5 grandsons. Tracy has a MBA in business, a Bachelor’s of Science and the Arts, and has been a Licensed Social Worker for 27 years.

Helping to provide healthy living environments for others goes beyond Tracy'S education and business, it comes from her heart. Every month Tracy invests in charities and causes dear to her such as making contributions to water.org, St. Vincent’s, the Nevada Humane Society, multiple food banks, and Rise & Dine - Tracy cooks and delivers food to feed 200+ persons in need of a meal. Which means, Tracy gets to help you with your home, then turn around and help others with their homes, food, and clean water.

For the past 25 years, Tracy has been helping buyers and sellers make their dreams come true. She gets such joy from the happiness her clients experience when we successfully buy or sell their property. It is Tracy's mission to help. Her team does all that they can, to go above and beyond standard real estate expectations, to make your buying or selling experience easier and more enjoyable.
