Top notch Professionalism! Tracy is an experienced Realtor which is reflected in her vast knowledge of the market and her ever present professionalism. She gave us sound advice when we asked for it and made us feel confident in our decision making. Though this particular venture was made a bit complicated by no fault of our own or Tracy’s, her perseverance in the quest to sell our home resulted in a successful outcome. We are grateful to Tracy and would recommend her without hesitation.

In the realestate industry, there is many agents. The good, the bad and the ugly. Tracy Vincent is the incredible! She knows her industry, her job and her clients. She works only one way.....honest and fair and she fights for what's right. Trust me when I say I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Tracy Vincent to anyone and everyone. As we read the excellent reviews about Tracy Vincent we couldn’t agree more with all the great things her clients have said about her. We had never sold a home before and Tracy was recommended to us by a friend. She ended up helping us sell a cabin we had owned for 20 years and a home we had owned for 50 years. She is hard working and detail oriented and you are never alone in any aspect of the sale. She keeps you updated and answers every question as soon as possible. Her caring and sense of humor makes you want her for a lifetime friend even after your house is sold. We sold both houses quickly, got good prices on both and had super advice throughout the whole process! We are going to miss you Tracy!!!

Tracy Vincent was always professional and her knowledge of not only the selling and buying of properties, she also knew what was needed at the bank and guided us each step along the way selling our house and buying a new house at the same time was superb.

I am extremely happy to recommend Tracy Vincent for a “number one” realtor! The day we met Tracy, we were looking for a house at Lake Seneca in Montpelier, and after viewing her sign, we gave her a call. I truly believe that God was looking out for us. She showed us many houses, arranged many showings, and worked tirelessly to find the house that met all our criteria. We admired her hard work so much that we opted to hire her to sell our house of 35yrs. She made several phone calls, set up great advertising, and made it her mission to sell our house for a marketable price. We were elated that she found a buyer for our rather unusual house in a rural area. Not only that, but we received an excellent offer for it. Tracy walked us through every step, offered suggestions, and updated us every step of the process. Then we built a house, and when we were ready to sell of course we didn’t hesitate to contact Tracy, afterall she has become a good friend to my husband and me. We didn’t hesitate to call her because we knew she had worked extremely hard for us and we trusted her implicitly to get a a good price for our home. She immediately began working hard to sell our next house. She quickly made contacts, sent out a photographer, and wrote up advertising information, all to make our house the most appealing to anyone searching for a home. She sold our house within a short amount of time and found us a perfect house in our desired area for our retirement! She will fight for her clients to get the best price for their home, recommend a good inspector, answer questions or find the answers, and fight for her clients when the buyers are making unreasonable demands upon the sellers. Tracy doesn’t “sugar coat” anything and tells her clients exactly what to expect. So, if you’re searching for a realtor who is tough, hard working, and reliable, Tracy is the realtor for you! My husband and I agree that we were truly blessed when we found Tracy to sell our home!

Tracy is professional and she really knows the real estate business! She had our house sold the second day it was listed. She even took care of the house for over a month as we had already relocated. She kept in touch with me, answered my questions and stayed on top of the contract until it was signed and the deal was done! She’s really good at her job! I highly recommend her if you need a realtor!
