Tradd was a wonderful during the process of purchasing our home. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Tradd was very informative and receptive to our questions and thoughts. He also, went above and beyond is job description. For example, we were having problems with the seller finishing some repairs under the house and had to keep having inspection after inspection. The inspections were becoming a big pain because we had to dish out money everytime a repair was done. Tradd volunteered and went under the house a couple times to make sure the repairs were done properly inorder for us to not have to pay for more inspections. I would recommend Tradd to anyone and he went above and beyond our expectations. Keller Mays

Persistence and follow up, can be used to best describe my real estate experience with Tradd. I was always kept informed on the status of my sale ,he is very accessible, and communicated the details of the negotiations effectively. He handled a complex sale which involved owner financing without hesitation. He is professional in his demeanor, and able to articulate the methods used to buy and sell real estate. I would not hesitate to call Tradd with any questions I have involving the purchase or sale of real estate.

My husband and I knew that we wanted to move to Charleston area but not entirely sure where; with a budget and some criteria for a house. We went back in forth deciding from James Island to Goose Creek for potientials, and Tradd was just simply amazing to work with. Tradd was a 100% involved from the very start to the finish - even on the off hours he was there to answer our ugent questions. Tradd went above and beyond to be sure that we had everything aligned, made sure that we understood and was comfortable throughout the whole process.
