Travis Bryenton

Travis has been involved in real estate since 2005 working in the family business, US Real Estate Ventures which was engaged in single-family rentals, fix & flips, and other residential investments. Also in 2005 Travis converted his first home to a rental cementing his passion for the real estate business that continues through today.

In 2007 Travis decided to get his NC Real Estate License and use it to aid in a growing investment business. Travis aligned with Keller Williams in Asheville as a referral agent, which is where his father is an agent today. Over the years US Real Estate ventures invested in more than 50 single-family homes in the Carolinas and Tennessee and eventually morphed into a multi-family and commercial real estate firm across multiple states.

Prior to real estate, Travis spent over fifteen years in the Outdoor and Active Sports Industries. Travis’s agency, TJ3 Sales, contracted for such brands as Columbia Sportswear, Wolverine, Teva, Merrell, Moving Comfort, Lucy, and many more. Travis was a key sales rep who was a primary contact for some of the best specialty and most significant retailers in the country. Travis had a reputation for providing exceptional negotiating and organizational skill in procuring and delivering orders, marketing, and customer support; he has carried this same work ethic and value to his clients today.

Travis has lived in the Buckhead area with his wife, an Atlanta native, since 2009. Travis is an avid Atlanta United fan and plays in a weekly soccer league at the Silverbacks Park. You can also catch him enjoying a long walk along Peachtree Battle and the Memorial Park areas. When not in Atlanta Travis can be found fly fishing or hiking in the mountains around Asheville, NC or walking the beach on St Simons Island.
