Travis Cole

Travis P. Cole, a full time REALTOR , is a professional specializing in the listing, marketing and selling of residential homes, waterfront properties and condominiums throughout the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Travis, a native of Maine, moved to the Lakes Region in 1996 where he successfully managed a large privately owned & operated landscape business that focused on waterfront and commercial communities. During this time Travis also became licensed to sell insurance and help folks with their investments which he did for a short period. Travis discovered real estate, became licensed and has been successful helping folks make their dreams come true. Travis presently resides in Gilford, NH with his wife Michelle and their two children.


In 2005 Travis started his career in real estate and in the last 5 years has been involved in well over 100 property sales throughout our region. In September of 2010 Travis joined RE/MAX Bayside. Travis believes by keeping the customer and client's needs first he will continue his success as he moves forward in this profession. Understanding the process of buying and selling real estate is not always an easy task yet through guidance, good listening skills and being upfront with all in the transaction, Travis knows he will help most people achieve the goal at hand.

Travis is a full time real estate professional, a full time Dad, a supportive husband, current president of the Lakes Region Rotary Club and 2nd vice chair of the Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce. When he is not involved in work, hanging out with his family or involved with the community, Travis can be found fishing, playing music and has been known to craft some trinkets out of wood.
