Mary Smith is an outstanding realtor. We have bought and sold approximately 15 properties, including both personal and rental dwellings. Mary is the most professional realtor we have ever had the opportunity to work with. Mary is very knowledgeable, responsive, thorough and focuses on making real estate transactions as seamless as possible. Her attention to detail saved us hundreds of dollars. Her research goes above and beyond to respond to purchaser questions and to address concerns that arise from beginning the house search to finalizing the transaction. She is on top of the process every step of the way! Highly recommend her.

I first met Mary when she knocked on my door in March 2020; a pleasant professional lady making the pitch about selling and buying in the neighborhood – coincidentally, about 2 weeks after I first had the thought that I might want to move!

Since then we kept up a nice relationship, mostly emails and some phone calls, a couple personal visits, as she continuously updated me on the real estate situation(s) and the value of my home. She also worked with other Keller Williams people to set up search agents in the area(s) I wanted to move to.

What impressed me most was how she kept up the relationship, patiently, over three years without getting any money from me yet. Most people (I assume) would hang it up after 6 months or so with no business results. Mary was always very responsive – answering every email and phone message over the years. She gave me much information on how things work in the real estate business, and the best way(s) to proceed in the current market. I always had the feeling we had been best friends for 20 years!

Mary is very pleasant, friendly and personable – you will enjoy working with her. She is also very competent and knowledgeable in her business. I also rate Keller Williams very highly; the several other people I interacted with were friendly, courteous and competent.

Finally, after over three years, the deal came down – I sold my place and bought another. Mary handled everything – from organizing cleaning and prepping of the house, professional pictures and web site, to coordinating inspections, appraisals and final closings.

If you are looking to buy or sell in Arvada or the surrounding communities, talk to Mary Smith and tell her I sent you! She gets 6 stars. (6 out of 5 ).

Mary did a superb job in helping me sell my house. I had many issues from an unforeseen roof replacement to surprise liens on my deed. Mary's knowledge of the processes and network of contacts in the industry enabled me to sell my house within a tight time frame at 5% over list. She helped with planning what needed to be done to make my house desirable, competitive, and ready to sell. Mary put together an online listing, open house, and a non-intrusive showing schedule. I whole heartedly recommend Mary as a Realtor and pleasure to work with.

Tony and I met Mary at an open house back in 2020 when we were casually looking at homes. She’s been sending us holiday cards and little notes since then, and two years later, we asked her to help us sell our house and buy a newer one that better met our family needs. Mary Smith helped us sell our home in Arvada, and she was fabulous! Mary is knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive to her clients' needs--everything you want in a realtor. She was also proactive, suggesting that we have some items (furnace, fireplace insert, roof, etc.) inspected and serviced before we put the house on the market, which helped to expedite the selling process. Mary was transparent and supportive during that process, making sure we understood every step so that we could make decisions we were confident about. We ended up having 70 showings and got 11 offers! Finally, Mary's enthusiasm and humor made the whole experience even better--we enjoyed every interaction with her! I absolutely recommend Mary and her team if you're looking for a quality realtor.

Mary Smith was our buying agent on a 1031 exchange. Because there was a limited amount of time to execute the purchase her help was invaluable. I worked with Mary Smith through my home buying process, which took a year and a half, but Mary stuck with me and was always available for the ASAP showings, which was very important in the Denver market. As soon as a house I was interested in was put on the market, I was seeing it the next day, sometimes the day of! Mary was very informative throughout the entire home buying process, and always very communicative with me. Even though it took me a year and a half to figure out what I wanted in a home and be ready enough to act quick, Mary stayed the course and continued to show me Every property on my list. Trevor did an amazing job helping me find and buy my first home. Starting out, I had very little knowledge of the home buying process, but Trevor patiently navigated me through every step and gave me the tools I needed to make informed decisions during the entire process. Trevor was very responsive to anything I needed. Whenever I was interested in looking at a home, he was quick to arrange a showing for me. This was so important given the fact that properties are sold so quickly after their listing date in the Denver metro area. Thanks to Trevor, I ended up with a first home that I can be proud of and will be very comfortable in for the foreseeable future. I want to express how thrilled we were working with Trevor. Our house listed on a Thursday evening, and we were under contract by Saturday afternoon at full asking price. Three weeks later, we closed--and it went very smoothly for us. Trevor took care of everything and kept us apprised of all developments. He researched the market several times for us as we prepared our house for listing, even meeting with appraisers for pricing opinions. He sent an interior designer out to help us stage and professional photographers out for photos. He did research on unique aspects of our property (stucco construction, rural area, wells, farm lease issues, etc). He negotiated a zero cost lease-back and he even helped us locate a realtor in North Carolina to assist us in purchasing our new home. We interviewed 6 realtors before we met Trevor and within 15 minutes of our meeting, I knew he was the one for us - his marketing plan blew me away! I've sold a few homes in my life and had good realtors, but Trevor went above and beyond anything we could expect.
