Tricia was great to work with. She was understanding and willing to help. Tricia was able to get two full price offers in just two days. She always picked up the phone for my calls or texted back right away. Tricia walked me through the entire process and worked with me closely every time we had something that needed to be done. It was an extremely easy process due to her leadership!

Tricia was great to work with through our entire home buying process. She was always "a phone call away" and answered all our questions right away. She set up a time frame for us that was a good help. She made several recommendations of moving companies, inspection agencies and many more that I took advantage of. Tricia is the best. It felt like we looked at 38 houses in Pinellas county and every one had something that stood out as something that would have to be “tolerated”. Along with the insane market right now Tricia was still finding new places everyday to check out. Then one popped up on a Sunday afternoon, we went to see it first thing on Monday, pulled the trigger and she made it happen. Then at closing, the title company was getting new furniture were giving away some nice glass tables and a few chairs, i didn't have enough room in my truck for everything so instead of taking two trips, Tricia loaded the rest if the items in her own vehicle, and drove them over to the new house. This lady has gone above and beyond for me and I can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. Thank you again Tricia !

Tricia is by far the best Realtor I've ever had, and I've purchased six other homes in my lifetime. She actually heard what I told her and was proactive in fulfilling those requests. She was there anytime I had a question or concern and kept me organized with what the next step was and what was needed and what to expect. She was a fabulous with resources, giving me 3 excellent options for every request I made. Plus the resources I used from her recommendations ALL were quick to respond and followed through providing excellent service. Tricia was always professional and yet felt like a friend. She definitely exceeded all expectations I had and made this move the least stressful of any move I've ever had. You will be doing yourself a large favor hiring her as your agent.!

As a home inspector who has been in business for over 22 years in the Tampa area, it is always refreshing when I meet a realtor who is genuinely concerned about her buyers’ best interest. I have had to opportunity to work with many of Tricia’s clients the past year or so and it is always a pleasure to see how she does her best to help them through the inspection process. Tricia is always present during home inspections and makes it a point to understand all of the issues that may come up during the inspection so that she can properly convey the information, not only to her clients, but to the listing agent. The time investment that she puts for her clients results in negotiations for repairs such as roof issues, plumbing issues, electrical, etc. I can say that not all realtors react the same when they receive a report with these findings but Tricia is a problem solver and works hard to either get repairs done or price adjustments for her clients. It is a good feeling knowing that our goals are in-line with each other and that we both strive to do the best for folks buying homes in our community. Tricia is a true professional and I look forward to working with her for many years to come.

I had the pleasure of working with Tricia to identify the right home for my family. It wasn't easy for us as we were moving to another state. She is so genuine and really took the time to listen and understand all of our needs before sourcing out the right homes for us. We relocated to Florida from another state and the partnership began from the first call, when we were still living in Chicago! She asked so many great questions from day 1 and this simply contributed to such a smooth process. We had a couple of setbacks with selling a home in the state we were moving from, which was necessary to purchase a home in FL, but she stuck by our side for 4 months and kept us motivated. She found us the most perfect home and we are very thankful. She was extremely patient throughout the entire process and made us feel so special as first time home buyers in FL.
