Trina Powell-Cross is AMAZING! She was always available, friendly, professional, and had my best interests at heart. I would call her to discuss issues and she’d already be working on them. She was always proactive and never reactive- which was great because it took stress off of me. When I felt I’d hit a roadblock in the process and became frustrated, she give me other options to consider and those options ultimately allowed me to be able to purchase my home. I would recommend her a million times over!

Wow!!! Our closing on yesterday was awesome!! I meet Ms Trina years ago but we started on a client relationship just 3 years ago. I told Trina my husband and I wanted to purchase our first house together as newlyweds. Well after going through the process , we found out we had some bridges to cross. Trina was there to help us cross all those bridges. She was positive and very supportive when sometimes I wanted to give up Trina didn’t she stayed in contact and made sure that we stayed the course. Trina has been my awesome realtor and a kind friend. She also put us in touch with professional and knowledgeable people such as Paul Lawson with Trustmark. I highly recommend Trina Cross !

Selling my first home and purchasing my second home was a test of my faith. I’m thankful that Trina handled these steps as a God-fearing agent. Of course, I knew how I needed to handle the disappointing news, I would politely ask Trina to give me a couple hours to process. But I didn’t know how Trina would respond. I’m sure that some sellers waiver or doubt and may change their minds. Instead, we prayed together and encouraged each other. She was able to stay focused on what I wanted. More importantly, we both were willing to go after what God wanted to bless us with. She stayed on top of listings, on scheduling appointments, and on follow-ups. She walked me through both processes. I look back at things now and thank God for sending her to me. She allowed God to use her to bless others.

When I started on this journey of buying a house Trina Powell Cross was with me until the end. She was my realtor but we would talk like old friends. Whenever I had a question about something Trina always answered me with a quick response. She’s the type of realtor that you can trust to be honest with you and will always do what’s in the best interest of her client. If I had to do this all over again I would want Trina there with me.

Where do I begin with our experience with the lovely Trina as our Realtor?!

Firstly, she’s amazing! PERIODTTT!!!

I’m a very hands on person with anything that I have major dealings with so it’s no surprise that I wanted to be super hands on throughout our home buying process! However, I knew that having a realtor would make my life a thousand times easier!

Trina's overall ambiance is a whole connecting vibe!

She hit the ground running right away and did not disappoint! We told her our desires and wants and she delivered! At times, things got a bit tight as we were in a domino effect with many contingencies between selling our previous home, buying our new home, and the other buyers/sellers having to do the same!

Not once did Trina make us feel worried! She’s like the peace in the middle of a storm and the calm afterwards! I attribute this to her like minded faith which she holds dear to her heart! I can’t express how awesome it was to have someone who could pray for you and with you while also making sure things got done!

She’s attentive, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, sacrificial, loving, and the list goes on!

If you’re looking for a realtor in the Jackson Metro area, look no further! You won’t be disappointed! My bottom dollar is on it lol.
