Trish Bist

Trish grew up in the real estate industry, learning the art of building and selling homes from her father. About 30 years ago, after vacationing in the Coloma area, she and her husband fell in love with the foothills. They moved their four children—twin girls and two boys—from the Bay Area to Shingle Springs, where they purchased acreage and built their dream home. Once their children were grown, Trish decided to pursue a natural career path in real estate.

In addition to her career, Trish is deeply involved in her community. She is an active CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), foster parent, member of the sober grad night committee, and participates in animal rescue efforts. Trish also serves as a supervisor for the horticultural/floral building at the El Dorado County Fair and is an active member of her church. Her passions extend to charitable causes and supporting her children in their sports activities.

Licensed since 2001, Trish specializes in the tri-county area, covering Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado counties. Whether working with residential, rural properties, bank-owned homes, short sales, or flips, Trish’s love for family and community drives her commitment to treating every client like a valued member of her extended family.
