Trish is THE Realtor you want to work with!
We had been house hunting for some time. Realtors kept rushing and pressuring us with every viewing. Some even got nasty when we were not interested.
We called Trish on a weekend afternoon concerning a listing. Without asking, she shifted her Day so we could view the home.
It was a bomb! The house was in rough shape inside... among other things. Bottom line- was not a good fit.
Trish interviewed us further, and listened to exactly what we were interested in. After a few days- she set up a tour of a few homes.

After months of realtors, and days of home viewings that did not come close to the mark-
Trish picked 4 homes for us to view- EACH ONE HIT THE MARK.(one more than the others)
This was the day we found our home!

With Trish’s help, We were able to chose from a few great candidates .
After we found the home we fell in love with, Trish was there every step of the way to lend a helping hand.
We can’t thank her enough.

I have done quite a few RE transactions in my life , but I hadn’t met an agent as knowledgeable , dedicated and helpful as Trish. She did a phenomenal all-around job , but was especially helpful with great advice on staging and making my home as attractive to potential buyers as possible. A pleasure to deal with such a no-pressure salesperson. Would highly , highly recommend !
