1/20/2015 - zuser20140223101012035 Bought a Townhouse home in 2015 for approximately $275K in Pottstown, PA. My husband and I were recently referred to Trish Puleo as we were in the initial stages of purchasing our first home. Being completely new to the process, we had numerous questions. Trish always delivered a prompt response to anything we needed to know. Her knowledge of home inspectors, insurance, contactors, appraisals and loans was very thorough and helpful to us since we have only lived in this area for a few years. She did so much behind the scenes that we never knew about, but we trusted her completely to work in our favor. Trish is a true professional. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Trish is an excellent realtor and property manager. She’s friendly, professional, honest, dependable, responsive, and knows the Phoenixville area intimately. We’ve been extremely happy with her services, and will recommend her to anyone. When we relocated from PA to CA in 2014, we hired Trish to manage the rental of our PA home. For two years, she checked in with us and the tenants regularly, and promptly addressed any issues with the home. We were always kept in the loop, and the amount of work we had to do remotely was minimal. When we decided to sell our PA home in 2016, we consulted Trish as a realtor due to her familiarity with us and our property. She quickly provided detailed market analysis reports that helped inform our decision to sell. She spoke with us at length almost daily, providing open and honest advice and guidance throughout the entire process. We had a tight timeline in mind for selling, and Trish worked tirelessly to meet our schedule. She coordinated home inspections, showings with our tenants, helped stage the property, and fully managed numerous improvements, all while we were thousands of miles away. In the end, she greatly exceeded our expectations. Our home was on the market for only a week-and-a-half, had several offers, and sold for higher than our listing price.
