Trista Bernasconi

A 25-year resident of San Francisco, Trista Bernasconi has extensive knowledge of the city and an insider’s perspective on its diverse neighborhoods. Thoroughly skilled in all real estate transactions, she is exceptionally talented at educating first-time homebuyers and helping them navigate the complexities of the local market. Trista has always been inspired by real estate, especially in the Bay Area. Her mother was an agent, and her family has had roots in the city since emigrating from the old country. As a Realtor®, Trista has a reputation for her friendly approach, strong negotiating skills, responsiveness, and transparency. Her impeccable eye for up-and-coming areas led her to open a restaurant in SoMa long before it became a tech and startup hub. Now, she uses that same instinct to uncover hidden gems for her clients. Additionally, Trista achieved a certification from the International Feng Shui School, and she brings this unique talent to her clients, helping them create harmony in their homes.

Trista holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of San Francisco. Outside of real estate, she stays active in her community by serving in various local associations, including the Elks Lodge No. 3. Also, an avid animal lover, Trista takes pride in donating a percentage of her commission to animal organizations, always honoring each client’s interests. When she is not closing deals, she enjoys bird watching, discovering new gins, and urban gardening.
