Kim and Troy helped us buy our first home this year, not only are they extremely kind people, they are also efficient and knowledgeable. Both of them went above and beyond for us, and made the process we were dreading for a long time, seamless and easy. We never worried about missing a deadline or not having all the information on something because Kim was on it. Troy met us last minute one day after we got off work and right before another obligation he had so that we did not miss a great opportunity. We can't say enough good things about our experience with them, we will definitely be using them again when the time comes and recommending them to anyone we know looking to buy or sell.

Troy and Kim helped us buy our home in Loveland in 2021 and then helped us sell that home in 2023 when we unexpectedly had to move. Throughout the buying process they had great instincts about what homes we would like and gave us advice that we could trust. We were never rushed - Troy and Kim helped us for as long as it took to find the right match. On the selling side, they priced our house right, told us how to make it show well, and advised us when to accept or decline an offer. Everything they did was always with our interests in mind. We got a great selling price for our home - in the dead of winter no less! Troy and Kim also helped us negotiate a tricky situation moving directly from our old house into a new one in Denver. They get it done! We will miss them!
