Trudy was very helpful. She helped us with the updating that needed to be done and the subsequent re-evaluation of the pricing. She recommended a contractor, with whom we were very satisfied. Trudy went above and beyond. I was out of the country during most of the time my property was on the market. She took care of everything from helping with the remodel to checking to make sure the water pipes were winterized! And we got an excellent price. Would list with her again in a minute.
