Trudy was very helpful, professional, and friendly. As an out-of-state buyer she was very accommodating and did a video tour of the place I purchased. She also took care of all the logistics needed in order to be down here and ensure I got a key to the place when I arrived late at night. I highly recommend Trudy.

Trudy was an absolute blessing. She was a breath of fresh air after having reached out to multiple realtors who took too long to respond or just didn’t, Trudy responded within minutes of initial contact. And continued to stay responsive throughout the entire process.

She was quick to understand our wants (maybe even before we knew) and attentive to all of our needs. We looked at so many houses and she was always patient and answered all of our questions, going above and beyond to make sure we got answers and understood the process.

We were going to work with another agent and she sent messages 3 days later asking me to let her know if I find anything and that we could go look. I never got any emails of anything available within what we told her we were looking for. So a friend called Trudy and in 5 minutes of sending her my phone number and email we received emails and text messages of what was available. Less than 24 hours later we were going to houses to look at them on a Saturday afternoon/evening! In 3 days of house hunting Trudy found us the most perfect house and in 30 days we moved in! Trudy explained everything and was truly a blessing in the whole process and always responded to calls and text messages and emails within minutes if not seconds no matter what time of day it was!
