Tú did an amazing job finding our dream home. Not only did she know about the neighborhood, she connect with people in her team effectively to make the process as smooth as possible. She was with me through the whole journey and the most meaningful thing is she not consider her job done on the closing date. She followed up with my moving in and fixer upper. Definitely high quality service that I strongly recommend for your house whether selling or buying.

When I was selecting a broker, I wanted to have a broker that was fluent in two languages - English and Vietnamese. Since we were from out-of-state, I also wanted a broker who knew about the different areas in Chicago well. The last factor that was important to us was a broker who would listen to our needs and prioritizing that in our home search. Tu is very kind and flexible. She is timely and responsive, always answering whatever questions we had. She made the whole house buying process less overwhelming and very fun. Although, we did run into a couple bumps along the road in our home buying process, I wasn't too worried because I trusted Tu. Overall, Tu went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations in all regards. I highly recommend her!

I was lucky to get help from Tu throughout the process of buying a first home for my family.

There were a lot of things I did not know what to start since this is my first time buying a house but Tu was super patient and responsive with all the questions not only from me but from other parties as well.

Tu thinks about what is best for my family in terms of options and negotiates with the sellers. I can say that the house we end up with is a very good one with great price tags.

With Tu's knowledge and connections in the area, I got a ton of recommendations from remodeling the house to inspecting everything.

We have built a great relationship so that Tu would be the only realtor I will look for in my next purchase.

She's such a responsive, professional and wonderful person to work with I honestly can't say enough great things about her work ethic. Tu was incredibly helpful with my real estate journey. The beauty of Tu's work is that she's always in learning & sharing mode. She shares her feedback, but also does not hesitate to ask the seller / agent specific questions to better understand a property. This, in turn, helps her educate her clients to make the best informed decision. Buying a first property can be daunting for any beginner. It doesn't feel "transactional" with Tu. She always made me feel like I was in good hands. I would recommend / refer her.
