We were fortunate enough to work with Ty in the purchase of our first home. As first time homebuyers, we were pretty much clueless about the whole process and had a ton of questions. Ty was incredibly responsive and worked hard to get answers to all of our questions. I was often shocked by how quickly Ty was able to get back to us regardless of the time of day or day of the week. Ty was referred to me by a friend when beginning my search for a commercial lease for my restaurant. Not only did he exceed expectations on a professional level but I can honestly say I gained a great friend in the process. While most real estate agents’ jobs are done as soon as the ink dries, Ty has been there every step of the way helping out in anyway possible. He fought like hell for me throughout negotiations and when issues arose with property managers he did everything possible to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot say enough about this guy.
