When we first started the process Tyjay was right on point the house we ended up with wasn’t one we picked. But it’s like he knew exactly what we wanted. Within this entire process of the purchase of this home, I've been incredibly at ease. Not once did I think that Mr. Foster would not deliver. Tyjay has been nothing but professional the whole way through as well as helping with whatever we needed while in the process. He really is and was the realtor he says he is, profound. There is just so many reasons why I would recommend this Man as YOUR Realtor. I am recently divorced and on my own for the first time. I have been through ALOT the last 3 yrs. Starting this process was and has been the most scariest thing I have ever done. Having TyJay by my side has been a blessing in more ways than I could ever express. To those of you that are in my situation or just buying your first home ever you could never go wrong having him by your side also. He has never let me feel alone, helped me through every step, was my voice when I couldnt be there, never complained about me saying No to more places than I thought I could say No to, helped me with my pros and cons list and so many more things.... As a first time homebuyer and home builder I was very nervous, but Mr Foster was there for me and my husband from the beginning( looking For both house and land) to the very end( closing). Mr Foster was very professional and honest. He kept no rocks unturned. He always returned our phone calls and called to check on us if he hadn’t heard from us.
