Tyler Caldwell

Growing up, Tyler Caldwell was a local resident of both Hermosa and Manhattan Beach. After high school, he decided to take his talents south on the 405 freeway, where he excelled in his studies at California State University, Long Beach. While there, not only did he double major in communication studies and broadcast journalism, but he earned an All-American title while playing volleyball for the university. After college, Tyler began his career in sales, becoming a full-time broker at Caldwell Insurance Services. While there, he specialized in business-to-business employee benefits packages. Working for Lyon Stahl has allowed Tyler to pursue his passion for real estate. The camaraderie and determination of his colleagues has inspired Tyler’s ambition to provide the highest level of service to his clients. In his free time, Tyler is a volleyball coach and enjoys being a mentor to hundreds of high school student-athletes. He is also an avid golfer and volleyball player.
