Tyler did a tremendous job helping me sell my property in Buffalo. He gave what proved to be very sound advice throughout the process, and he generated a lot of interest in the home. As a result we received a considerable number of offers, and the house sold quickly for well above asking price. Tyler was amazing to work with throughout our process of buying and selling a home! We met Tyler when we went to an open house for a home we were interested in and as we didn’t have an agent, he offered to represent us! Tyler was always available no matter the time of day to answer any questions we had regarding the process of buying a new home. We then enlisted Tyler’s help with selling our current home. Tyler made sure to tell us what needed to be done in order to sell our house and we accepted an offer after only a week of it being on the market. During the closing process on our new home, Tyler was there every step of the way to help with whatever was needed. He was even able to offer multiple recommendations of individuals who would be able to handle certain repairs. We felt that Tyler was very straightforward with us the entire time and never tried to lead us in a way we didn’t want to go. I would 10 out of 10 recommend working with Tyler on the purchase/sale of your home!!

Tyler is so great to work with! Not only is he down to earth, but he also makes you feel like you aren't being judged for every decision you make! We had a different realtor previously with whom we went to house after house with for months and it seemed like he didn't try. We switched to Tyler and with his drive, we had a new home in 2 days!! Tyler is by far one of the best out there! He took his time and never tried to rush anything. We had a particular hard time closing and Tyler was there for us every single step of the way.
