I can't begin to describe Tyler Wares & his extraordinary team's wealth of talent and knowledge for real estate & customer service. It is truly top teir, best in class. I was a first time home buyer with little knowledge of the market or the steps and process. I honestly did not feel qualified to begin any sort of process. But after talking to Tyler and following the simple steps laid out for me by him and his team, they gave me the faith to begin the process & my dream started to unfold before my eyes. Tyler was in my corner every step of the way. He truly made my entire process so easy and comfortable. (And boy! Were there times I felt so fearful moving forward in the process ) Tyler however showed up more than just an agent- he spent hours on the phone with me; talking through my concerns, listening and advocating for my dream. He answered all of my questions and if he did not know he would find the anwsers. He spent the time to teach me about the market and give me the knowledge I needed to be successful. I didn't always listen and boy did I quickly come to realize that I should have! Once I finally applied the knowledge Tyler had so freely given me, I finally found my dream 1st home and GOT IT!
Thanks to Tyler and his amazing associates I did one of the biggest things I had ever done & it might have been the easiest as well! I am now a proud home owner in a home I absolutely love and it's all thanks to Tyler's knowledge and encouragement of me and my dream.
I can not thank him or his team enough.

Tyler Ware was assigned to us by our lender and we are so glad for that because of his VA loan and first time buyer expertise. We couldn’t have lucked out anymore to have him as our realtor for this process. Tyler found us the perfect farm.We went through a tough market where there was a bidding frenzy so glad we didn't get any of them.Months later the market cooled and we bought a farm that was magical with a wondering creek artesian well many outbuildings and a huge house at 200,000 below appraisal.Tyler is a talented negotiator.

When other agents told us no, Tyler Ware told us yes! We searched for months trying to find an agent that could not only find us exactly what we were looking for, but would also work with our struggling credit. Tyler came highly recommended from a friend when we were close to calling it quits. We decided to give him a shot and boy are we happy we did. Wow. In a world where you could seemingly throw a stick and hit a real estate agent, Tyler Ware stands out amongst them all. Big shout out to Tyler Ware!
He walked us through the process of buying a house and was super patient with us the whole time. I really don’t think we would have found our dream home if it wasn’t for how hard Tyler works and how dedicated he is. He put in a lot of time and effort to make this happen.
I wanted to give up a few times, but he was always there to answer the phone calls and help weigh out our options. Tyler was the most patient realtor I've could have had. I'm horrible at reviews and we bought our house in July of last year. Coming up on a year. The market was difficult and challenging and that is where Tyler shined. He was so positive and brutally honest bit ghats what I asked of him. I didn't want to get into something I was going to have trouble affording. He too that to heart and ran with my wishes. We stumbled upon the property we ended up choosing but we lost out on the first round. Our original offer was beat so we continued our search. Between getting tboned after seeing a house on our way back to the apartment and getting to resubmit an offer for the house that chose us Tyler was there. I was a tough client because I didn't believe in my own success where Tyler seen it from day one and spent countless hours trying to convince me that I could do anything I wanted. Our family now has a home for gatherings friends to come hang out and a beautiful town for out kids to grow up in all thanks to Tyler's. Thank you my guy for everything you did for us and your team. When we started our journey to buying a house I honestly believed it would never happened. I was working on my credit score being so low, after so many years of running away from responsibilities and racking up endless debt, I was just below a 600. The first lender we chose to go with was such a headache, which at the time just confirmed all of the doubts of buying a house that I had thought to be true. When we finally got to the stage and was told we could start looking to purchase, and find a realtor I reached out to my friend, kristopher little who had just bought a home to see who he went through. He mentioned Tyler Ware. Getting connected with Tyler changed everything! He suggested us to change lenders and go through Cornerstone Home Lending. At first Brandon and I were skeptical. (The previous lender we’d been dealing with really caused a lot of confusion and headache so far and we just didn’t want to have to go through the whole application process again.) After a couple more off setting actions from the previous lending company, we decided to trust Tyler and just fill out the application with Cornerstone Home Lending. We were told that we needed co-signers (2 OF THEM), and only being pre-qualified for $500,000 with the first lender we chose. With Cornerstone we were qualified for $550,000 with NO CO-SIGNERS! Also, the process of getting qualified with the first lender took over 3 months. After doing the application with Cornerstone it took less than a week to find out how much we were qualified for and that we needed NO cosigners.
All the way until we got our keys I expected SOMETHING to go wrong. And I know that’s not the best attitude to have, but my entire life has been such a struggle. Nothing I have ever wanted, needed, or desired has ever come easy to me. And I WANTED and DESIRED this home sooo much.! For the first time in my life I can say that everything happened smoothly. Everything went almost effortlessly. It all happened the way it was supposed to, just the way Tyler told me it would. Thank you so much Tyler for dealing with all my anxieties, answering all of our questions, and helping us find our Home❤️

First: wow. We began our first-ever home buying experience this year, and I can't explain the level of gratitude we feel to have had Tyler Ware as our agent. We started this major journey with 0% knowledge and 100% anxiety. We had no idea what to expect or how to really move through the process, and Tyler was there every step of the way to guide, navigate, calm when needed and - most importantly - keep us positive & motivated, even when the market wasn't treating us kindly.
