About Ursula

Ursula has always had a commitment to personal success and a dedication to facilitate others! She is a natural at communicating, explaining and negotiating. It was at a young age that she started implementing her innate ability to negotiate! While most young college men and women would, perhaps, just accept the terms of a gym membership, automobile price, or job salary for example...not Ursula. With her head for business, along with her natural talent, she instinctively began negotiating offers presented to her! She was never intimidated by it but thrived on getting the best deal possible! Her vivacious personality and ambitious attitude propelled her career forward.
After obtaining her degree in Liberal Studies and working as a teacher for a reputable elementary school, Ursula ventured out to purchase her first home. It was through her own personal transaction that she discovered her passion for real estate, and it was within just a few months, she earned her California Real Estate License. She found that it was the real estate industry that permitted her to implement her innate business skills, allowed her to share her expertise in education, and help others with one of the most significant transactions of their lives.
Both Ursula and Lauren began working side by side for a top producing Calabasas realtor who shared his knowledge and expertise of luxury real estate and clientele with them. They worked several years in luxury real estate under his tutelage, before deciding to move their business to the Santa Clarita Valley, where both of them would eventually call home.
Ursula and her husband, who is a respected LA County Sheriff, have two beautiful children together. They all indulge in what this wonderful valley has to offer and are grateful for the new friendships and relationships this community and industry has blessed them with.
