STOP & READ THIS: I cannot express into words how much we recommend Val. My family will forever be indebted to her. As a military family, you often face cross country moves instantaneously to areas you do not know. And as you can imagine, they are quite stressful. Val was there for every step of the way and consistently calmed my nerves. She always answered every question or emailed no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard worth ethic are respected throughout the industry. She was always on our side, working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part of working with Val was that she was still more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs rather than just focusing on closing a deal. We never felt forced to make an offer. I now call Val, my personal friend. She is one of the most caring devoted individuals you will ever meet in this world. I cannot put into words how grateful we are to her. I highly recommend her as she is the best of the best.
