Originally from Washington D.C., Valencia moved to the Bay Area in 1989. In the prevailing years, she is lived all over Northern California—getting to know the various cities and neighborhoods along with their diverse offerings. A resident of Sacramento since 2012, she is a deep expert in every aspect of the business and region and has led countless clients to success. She is active in her church and feels blessed to have such a large, loving family—including her husband of 19 years, one son and grandson, three godchildren, and quite a few “bonus” children and grandchildren.
