Valerie has been an ace in the hole. Very knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful throughout this process. My family has been on the hunt for well over a year looking for a home and Valerie gave us her patience and opinions whenever we were stuck with the next steps. In the end we have our dream home and it couldn't have been done without her.

Valerie has been responsive and excellent since the first phone call! After a couple of previous attempts to sell our house in the past with other realtors, we asked Valerie to help us one final time. After an initial phone call, she quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure we had what we need to have our house in perfect showing condition. She came to the meeting to discuss the offer price and had done her homework. With a few quirks to our home, she had the data and comps to back up her decision for pricing and a great marketing plan to get it get it sold quickly. She has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. This was her professionalism and hard work that we were able to close our house within a week. As we have started to look for a new home to rent she has been quick to pass on homes we might have an interest and quickly show them to us in this fast moving market. Sometimes me and wife called her at night and she always responded professionally. Valerie came with a plan and executed it perfectly!! We will definitely use her again for selling or buying! And we highly suggested to take advantage of her knowledge of real estate business, professionalism and her modesty.

Valerie quite literally made our dreams come true!
We were able to relocate to an area with the best schools available for our children and as stressful and crazy as it was to both sell a home that we loved dearly and purchase a new home (in a more expensive market that we were nervous about) Valerie helped us every step of the way!
Anytime I felt stressed or lost while searching she was there to help me and I felt complete confidence in her every step of the way. My husband and I are so grateful to you, Valerie! Thank you a million times!

Valerie is a Rockstar. She answered any question I had day or night, even on Sundays, always replies quickly. She has persistent follow up with the seller and banks. She was honest and efficient all around. Lived in my house for 9 months now and she still checks in with me to make sure everything is okay. 6 outta 5.
