We couldn’t have done this transaction w/o Valorie. My sisters and I all live in different states, and Valorie was there for us at every turn. She has a crew of people she trusts to get things done, and they were fantastic! She was thorough, responsive, and proactive through every step. She took time to be at the property, when we couldn’t. She recommended ideas, and respected our decisions. 100% could not have done this w/o her. If you’re local and need an agent, or out of state and need someone to represent you, she’s the one you want.

Valorie was the most important asset in selling our home. She reviewed our home and similar homes in the neighborhood, before suggesting any reasonable changes that might be considered to our home to make it more sellable. She ran comparison analysis of similar homes recently sold and homes on the market for use in setting a selling price strategy for our home, which by the way were right on target.

She co-ordinated all changes that we agreed needed to be made to get our home to the condition for selling at optimum price. She had all indoor/outdoor house marketing photos and literature made. Recommended a good lawyer to represent us for all matters leading up to and including closing. She co-ordinated the procurement of all documents required for closing either by herself or through lawyer. In our case our home failed the radon test and she arranged for a company to install a device to mitigate the radon and a radon retest and documentation of such to lawyer. A last minute snag with our HOA was totally resolved by Valorie.

Our home showed well and sold fast at a price that was very satisfiable to us. If anything came up during the entire process Valorie was always available either by phone, text or email. I felt as though we did minimal work in the process of selling our home ... Valorie did everything. I can not recommend Valorie Schmidt enough ... she is the best.

Valorie was excellent!!! She stayed patient with my husband and I while we searched for our dream home. She was very easy to work with and it felt like we were viewing houses with a good friend. My fiancé and I were buying our very first home and it was a scary, unknown, and overwhelming experience but Valorie made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She never pushed for us to buy a home we didn't absolutely loved and was very aware when the house wasn't the one for us. She was always responsive and very helpful with all our questions. We never felt silly or nervous to ask what we thought might be a dumb questions. She answered all our questions in a way we would understand. She is very knowledgeable about the homes she shows and gives a very honest second opinion that we found to be very helpful. There were things we didn't even realize because we didn't even know what to look at and it was nice to have another pair of eyes pointing things out to us. She also has a lot of contacts in the industry that we used (i.e. attorney, inspectors, home painters, etc.). We felt very comfortable and confident in having her on our team and would highly recommend her to other first time buyers who are nervous about the process as well as experienced buyers/sellers.
