Vanessa is the best realtor you could ask for! Not only was she able to help me and my husband buy our first house, she was able to help us close within less than a month. As 19 year olds, moving to Cali with little to no knowledge about buying a home, she was so helpful! She walked us through the entire process and helped us get an amazing deal on our home with an extremely low closing cost as well! She’s been extremely supportive and reliable any time we had questions or doubts. She’s also been very flexible as well as I was living in Texas away from her and my husband during this process. She also worked around our military work schedule, did not pressure us into any decisions, and made sure we stayed updated throughout this whole experience.

I met Vanesa a year before I started looking for a home.
Even before she became my realtor she was always motivating and educating me for what prepared me on my big decision, purchasing my first property!
I will admit I wasn’t the easiest client. I had so many questions, the nerves and fears that came with making such a huge commitment had me asking the silliest questions…
Yet there was Vanesa, extremely patient and helpful.
