In all my past experience buying and selling homes I have not had realtor as on top of the process as Varsha Patel. We mention a marketing platform she had not heard of, and two hours later our home was listed there. We text her late at night with a question and she is back to us with an immediate response. She was honest and candid about what it would take to maximize our potential to sell quickly, which we appreciated. She worked tirelessly to promote our home. All in all, we had multiple full price offers in less than two weeks. This in a market that was taking a turn to be a "Buyers" market. We can't Thank Varsha Patel enough.

Varsha did a phenomenal job. We are out of state home buyers and did not know anyone in FL or have any contacts in FL. Varsha was an excellent listener, she paid close attention (and remembered!) Our needs and wants. Her memory is something else. She was involved from the time we were looking in Florida. She gave us infomation regarding schools, Indian festive meeting places. Suggested shopping places, restaurants, handyman, cleaning service. You name it she did it. She went above and beyond. Always kept in touch with us during our move and after our move to Orlando. Even though our home closing was on her birthday, she still made it for the closing. Most of all, we felt like she treated us like she would treat her family. Very satisfied customer. We highly recommend Varsha. She is not just our realtor now for us but an amazing friend. Thank you Varsha for everything.

Let me start by saying, Varsha Patel is truly the best in the business. She helped us in buying a property in Orlando, FL and the way she went about it is really worth appreciating. Since, we live outside the state of Florida, Varsha was very prompt in sending us a list of properties for sale and when we found some of them interesting, she used to visit the place personally on our behalf, make videos of the property, do all the homework about the property, send it to us and answer all of our questions. She made it so very easy for us and also a great adviser and counsellor. She always answers phone calls and text messages and is very prompt in returning calls too. Varsha Patel is the best real estate agent, I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

I was originally referred to Varsha, by a co-worker because, a previous Realtor had advised me to stop looking for a home because, I didn't have enough funds to purchase a home. As soon as my co-worker, heard this story she told me, “Here is Varsha's businesses card, call her!” Varsha had recently helped my co-workers parents find the home of their dreams! And that is all, I needed to hear!

I immediately called Varsha and within 4 months, she located a new house being built in a new subdivision and my family and I are currently in the process of moving into our new home! During the entire process Varsha was available to me every step of the way, 7 days a week she was answering and resolving all questions and concerns that would sometimes, come up unexpectedly. Varsha went above and beyond, in everything she did for me.

Varsha continuously sent me notifications/possible prospects of homes on the market that was within my price range and meeting my personal requirements/specific criteria. Varsha would accompany me to all the homes we looked at and we looked at a lot! She would ask questions about the homes, that I never thought about inquiring about, to the sellers. The first time we viewed a home together, I knew that I would never want to view another, without her! Her knowledge base, quick thinking and mathematical assessments is phenomenal! And this is what is needed in a Realtor at all times!

Varsha has a personality that relates to all types of personalities and her professionalism and keen understanding of the business shines brightly when she deals with various people, such as Loan officers, Banks, Sales associates, sellers, fellow buyers and builders...the entire gamut of the industry.

Varsha is cognizant about the entire process of buying and selling homes including locking the best rates, recognizing the better deals and home related tax laws, EVERYTHING!!! She is also a barracuda when it comes to having out bid, out wit and out do competitive bidders and this is a must when searching for the home you desire!

Varsha's work ethics can be described in one word, “Exceptional!” During the entire process, she made me feel, like I was the only person she was helping. Varsha is organized and on top of everything she does and this is why, I believe my experience was seamless.

I would recommend Varsha Patel to everyone who is looking for a new home. This process can be overwhelming and extremely stressful but, when you have Varsha in your corner and in control of a sometimes chaotic process, it makes for the best experience ever!!!!!! and although, I have found my home --I have also gained a wonderful friend, in Varsha, and will continue to keep my contact with her because, when you locate an outstanding Realtor, you keep them in your life forever!

Varsha was great during the whole process. We were casually looking for places to see whats out there, and we saw a townhome pop up that we wanted to see. I was put in touch with Varsha and she was able to meet with us for the first time to show us the place within a couple hours of getting off work. We saw the place and loved it. She got the contract in place fast and was very good with communication the whole time. Emails/Texts were responded back to quickly and any questions I asked she had answers to.
