Excellent service! Vendela went above and beyond representing me the seller to get the deal done! I was selling my rental house and I offered to sale the house to my great tenants as apposed to putting it on the market because I thought that they should have the first opportunity to purchase the house. Initially they decided not to purchase the home! Vendela went and spoke with the tenants to make them feel comfortable and confident about purchasing the home. She explained to them the pros of owning a home especially because they were already living there for six years and were familiar and involve with the neighborhood. This was the tenants first time purchasing a home! The tenants ended up contacting their agent and the rest is history! Vendela is very honest, patient, knowledgeable, and professional! I will definitely recommend her to anyone who's looking to buy or sale a property!
