Vickie Hulbert

Vickie Longo Hulbert grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Early on she went to Chabot College and studied salesmanship. In 1967 she moved to Sacramento and married her high school sweetheart, Al Hulbert, whom she had met at Albany High School. They have one son who works for eBay.Prior to her association with Cook Realty, Vickie worked for the California State Franchise Tax Board and for the Los Rios Community College District

Vickie acquired her real estate license in 1979 and has been helping to sell dreams to buyers and sellers ever since. She regularly works long hours for her clients. She varies her work day in order to accommodate their differing schedules. She makes a real estate transaction a smooth deal by following up on all the many parts included in the sale.

Vickie has lived in Land Park since 1972. She owns several houses close to the park. She says she loves walking in scenic Land Park every day with her Labrador Retrievers. “I am truly thankful for such a lovely place to live and work.”

Over the years Vickie has done volunteer work at children’s schools including the counselor’s office at McClatchy Senior High School. Each year she volunteers for Daffodil Days sponsored by the American Cancer Society, selling daffodils in the community.

The fast paced real estate market is just what Vickie likes best. To be able to coordinate all the players and pull a deal together with her cheerful and knowledgeable involvement validates why she continues to have repeat business and referrals from past happy clients.
