About Victor

Victor Gonzalez has roots that run deep in Fresno: Born and raised in the Central Valley, he graduated from Fresno State in 2006 and, by the next year, was a real estate professional serving Fresno and Clovis.
Victor seemed destined for real estate all along. His bachelor’s degree in business administration was bolstered by an entrepreneur option and elective courses in real estate and construction. As a real estate professional, his systematic approach to problem-solving helps smooth the process for his clients as they go through buying or selling a home.

Doing something that matters is important to Victor. “I like the significance it plays in people’s lives,” he says. Whether working with first-time buyers or seasoned investors, he knows that communication is key. “I have worked with them all, and no matter their experience level, they all want to be informed and want to make sure they are being guided appropriately.” Victor’s efforts are aided by his fluency in Spanish and English.

Outside of real estate, Victor works to give back to the community. He has volunteered for Best Buddies International and with the local Down Syndrome Association. In his free time, he likes backpacking and photography — he has even hiked Mount Whitney. At home, he says, “I report directly to one redhead and three rowdy boys.”
