Victor cheerfully spent many full days showing me houses in Celebration and Windermere. Being from out of state he visited and extensively video taped a number of homes which was invaluable in the selection process and saved me from having make many trips to view the homes in person. His local knowledge of the market was very useful in negotiating a fair price and he pointed out defects in homes which I would have missed. Victor was very helpful after the closing in obtaining service providers which made the transition into the new house proceed smoothly.

I highly recommend Victor Nawrocki. He helped my family through a major long distance move, and he was professional, patient and a good communicator every step of the way. What I most appreciated was that he helped us find a house that was just right for my family. We are new to the area, so had to consider neighborhoods, schools, driving distance, community features... so many things that were all new. He was a great listener to our needs, then helped us work through all the home buying decisions so we could create the lifestyle we were looking for. Victor has in-depth knowledge of Celebration, Florida, as well as Orlando's Dr. Phillips neighborhood and surrounding areas. He is enthusiastic, fun and a wonderful resource for home buyers new to Orlando. He is even helping my mom buy a house in Orlando. Yes, I referred him to my mom. On a personal note, my family and fell in love with Victor immediately. He is a very likable man, has a great personality and he treated us like we were a part of his family.He also has a great sense of humor. On a professional note, Victor IS a true professional at what he does. He made contact with us every day to provide pictures and descriptions of houses that we might be interested in. When it was time to look at houses, Victor knew our desired preferences so well that it only took two days of showing houses - seven houses in all - before we made an offer on our new home. The offer was accepted and we were moved in within 5 weeks. If we buy up in the future, Victor will be the person we call to get us that new home.

We were shopping for a new vacation home. We wanted to get a better understanding of what our budget would provide us - we looked at several beautiful homes and several condos all with a very tight schedule. Victor has lots of patience as we dragged him all over the place! Victor never applied pressure but was more insistent that we found something that we were completely happy with. We found a condo in Celebration and couldn't be happier. I think we built a strong relationship with him and would absolutely thrilled to have him find our next home - when that time comes.

In November 2010, we viewed our idea of owning a home in Celebration, FL as almost a whim. From the very outset, when he opened the door to us on a Sunday morning, Victor listened, took us seriously and made the extra effort. Through November & December he showed us a dozen or more homes, answered our questions and perceived our likes and dislikes. His insights on the local housing market, individual homes, short sales, and the uniqueness of Celebration proved to be accurate and invaluable in the buying process. Before we knew it, we closed on a wonderful house in January 2011. Now, we can sit on our front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and admire the stillness of the pond and in the evening watch turkey and deer emerge from the trees. And... it all started on a Sunday morning with Victor opening the office early and listening to us. Five stars aren't enough to recommend our experience with Victor.
