What impressed me about Victoria right off the bat, was her modest confidence. I felt safe asking her to represent my spouse and I with the sale of our home. What could possibly be more stressful than trying to find the perfect house? Doing it from half way across the country! We were truly blessed to have Victoria recommended to us. We were residing in California and wanting to relocate to Minnesota. We started talking to Victoria more than 10 months before we moved. Being that I am not from Minnesota, nor familiar with the real estate or lending, having her guidance and assistance was a true asset. Victoria went above and beyond, humoring video walk-throughs on a couple of less than desirable homes. She never hesitated to help and offer excellent and sound advice during the whole process. It was comforting having her check in on us through out the process, even knowing that we were completely unsure of our actual move date.

We had the quickest turn around possible; placed an offer on October 3rd, completed multiple inspections and closed by the 21st. It has been a complete whirlwind. There were moments when I doubted myself and needed a calming voice to assure me and help me through the process. Victoria was that voice and I can’t speak highly enough of her knowledge and professionalism. I am confident that we would not have had such amazing success with anyone else and we feel truly grateful for having her as our realtor. Victoria helped us sell our home and buy a new one. She worked with us to do what we could reasonably do to get the most out of our home, and what not to do and made the process as easy as possible. Victoria helped us both sell our old home and purchase our new home. She was incredibly professional and extremely helpful. She helped us find a contractor on short notice to complete some small projects that increased the value of our home significantly. On the buying end she helped us look at a number of homes in a large geographic area and gave us helpful reflections on our reactions to each home. When we found our dream home she told us that she could tell just by looking at our faces.
We used our own credit union to fund our loan and Victoria was very good at working with them, but she also has connections through Edina Realty to offer loan and closing services. The Edina Realty title service was super easy and clear.
